Managed Services

Lambspring operates Meridian as a managed deployment for clients who prefer to consume signal rather than maintain infrastructure. Configuration, schema evolution, model routing, detector tuning, and ongoing operations are handled by the team that built the platform. Suitable for institutions with data residency, audit, or regulatory requirements that preclude shared SaaS.

Bespoke Engineering

For clients whose research extends beyond Meridian's standard footprint. Common engagements include new detectors developed against the Compass framework, custom data ingestion pipelines into Bluewater, model fleet customization for domain-specific tasks, audit-grade integrations with internal compliance, risk, and execution systems, and bespoke chat-surface workflows.

Engagements are scoped per client, time-boxed, and delivered against documented acceptance criteria. Source-available licensing for client-funded extensions is available on request.

Advisory

For teams evaluating data, detector, or modeling architecture, or stress-testing existing approaches before committing to engineering work. Typical engagements include detector validation reviews, model selection consultation, audit framework assessment, and pre-build scoping. A limited number of advisory engagements per quarter.
