Meridian

A research and execution platform built on auditable reasoning.

Meridian unifies a SQL substrate, a scheduler, and a multi-model AI council in a single operating environment for institutional research and execution. Every signal is structured. Every verdict carries a model, a confidence level, and a documented reason. Disagreements are first-class artifacts.

Bluewater

Core

The operational substrate.

Bluewater is the foundation. Microsoft SQL Server for persistence, Python services for ingestion and analysis, a desktop GUI and a Discord surface for operators. Ingestion pipelines, a job scheduler that runs both deterministic scripts and AI workflows, and a normalized data model with audit tables on every write path. Every other module in Meridian writes to Bluewater.

Bluewater Crypto

Add-on

Swap and on-chain execution.

The crypto extension to Bluewater. Wallet-aware swap infrastructure for Solana and Ethereum. Trades flow through the same propose, approve, execute, and orchestrate path as the rest of the platform, with the same audit trail. On-chain activity, position state, and DEX flow surface as queryable streams alongside off-chain market data.

Compass

AI Layer

A council, not a chatbot.

Compass is Meridian's reasoning layer. A coordinated set of local and frontier models runs structural detectors over Bluewater data and deliberates across multiple perspectives. Disagreement is treated as a first-class artifact. Every verdict is captured with model identity, confidence, and reasoning, then routed back into the database for review.

The council is reachable through the Bluewater GUI, through scheduled jobs, or directly through Discord. Reasoning is preserved end to end.

Fairview

Module

News and external context.

Fairview brings unstructured signal into the platform. Market news, ticker-relevant feeds, and external commentary, normalized into the Bluewater pipeline. Cross-source analysis runs alongside price and position data, not in a separate tool.

Polyview

Module

Prediction market intelligence.

Real-time analysis of Polymarket positions and pricing. The module detects structural arbitrage including partition over- and underrounds, dominance violations, and implies violations, with persistence scoring across runs and a tradability layer that estimates capture difficulty from spread structure. The original Meridian module, in production today.

Northstar

Module

Portfolio strategy and risk.

Northstar is the navigation layer between intelligence and execution. Inputs from Fairview, Compass, Polyview, and the council. Outputs into Bluewater Crypto and the operator. Performance attribution and benchmarking, concentration and correlation monitoring, drawdown alerts, position sizing, and rebalancing signals.

Strategy accountability is the throughline. The council said X, the operator did Y, the result was Z. All three captured, all three attributable.

Compliance and verification

Audit trails, model attribution, and reasoning capture are foundational to Meridian, not bolted on. Every model verdict carries identity, confidence, reasoning, and timestamp. Council deliberations persist as structured artifacts. Split verdicts, where agents disagree, become discrete handoff records for human adjudication. Operator actions are bound to the originating signal. Portfolio outcomes are attributed back to the verdict that triggered them.

The result is a continuous, queryable trail from data ingest through reasoning to execution to outcome. Compliance, audit, surveillance, and risk teams can reconstruct the decision path for any output, at any time. The platform deploys on customer-managed Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server infrastructure, supporting on-premises and private cloud postures with no third-party data egress required.
